Clear answers before you share.
Is a visitor's chat information kept private?
Visitor questions and assistant replies are stored in the chat record so the conversation can work. Extracted attachment text is used for the current answer but is not stored in chat history. Public chats do not use session replay, and opening a booking link does not send the transcript, visitor identity, or attachment data to the booking provider.
What can I customise?
You can set the assistant name, your expert name, your secure external booking link, and the booking button label. Your methods, voice, examples, and boundaries come from the interview and review process.
Can I disable booking?
Yes. Leaving the booking link empty disables booking while keeping the public chatbot usable. Talent Translator never shows an internal booking confirmation because scheduling happens on the expert's own page.
What does sharing cost?
Every completed chatbot can be shared with 30 lifetime visitor questions on the mini model. After that, the expert can choose monthly Share Flash or Share Pro hosting and optional question packs. The expert pays; every visitor uses the chatbot free.
Who owns what I build?
You own your expertise, source material, and downloadable assistant packages. You control the hosted chat through its public link, including the ability to take that link down.
Can the assistant be wrong?
Yes. It is AI and can be wrong. Grounding and release checks reduce unsupported behaviour but do not eliminate it, so you review the methods and boundaries and the assistant hands consequential work back to a human.
Can I still download a plugin?
Yes. Downloadable Claude and Codex packages remain available as a secondary way to use the captured expertise in your own workflow. Download-only builds do not include public chat hosting.
What happens when I turn the public link off?
Turning the public link off removes visitor access immediately and returns the same generic unavailable page. Your saved sharing settings and stable link can remain ready for a later, deliberate re-enable.
