Terms of Service

Talent Translator helps users turn expert interviews into structured AI plugin assets. The platform is a processing tool and does not replace professional review, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or other regulated professional judgment.

You retain ownership of the interview content, project materials, and generated plugin outputs that you provide to or create with the service.

By using the service, you grant Pangea AI a limited permission to process your content only as needed to provide, secure, debug, and improve the service.

Interview data and generated project artifacts are stored under your user account.

Interview voice recordings are processed transiently to produce text and are not retained by Talent Translator after transcription. Review the transcript before submitting it.

You may request deletion of your account data at any time. We will delete or de-identify the relevant records unless we are required to retain them for security, legal, accounting, or operational reasons.

Paid plugin generation is a compute-consuming service. Once a run starts, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Build fees cover one assistant generation. Free Share includes 30 lifetime visitor questions for that chatbot; visitors do not pay to use it.

Monthly included questions and purchased top-up questions belong to one chatbot and cannot be transferred between projects. Top-up access is frozen when paid hosting ends and becomes available again if matching hosting is reactivated.

Prices, included usage, and available models may change over time. Any paid plan terms shown at checkout will apply to that purchase.

You must not use the service to create unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content or tooling.

You are responsible for reviewing generated plugins before relying on them in any workflow.

The service may change, pause, or discontinue features. We may update these terms when the product, legal requirements, or operating model changes.

Talent Translator stores the public booking-page URL you choose to provide. Your account sign-in email does not connect a calendar, and scheduling occurs on the external provider's page.

Opening a booking link does not send the visitor's Talent Translator chat, identity, or attachment content to the scheduling provider. Talent Translator records a booking-link click, not whether an appointment was completed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts located in Australia will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum.
